DIRECTORS' PURCHASES
The Company received notification yesterday that on 30 August 2007, David Wong
Chairman of the Company, purchased 14,285 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company at a price of 70p per share. The Company also received notification
today that on 31 August 2007, David Wong purchased a further 12,500 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 80p per share.
As a result of this transaction, David Wong has a beneficial interest in
768,285 ordinary shares in the Company representing 5.3 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.
The Company also received notification today that on 31 August 2007, Charles
Spicer, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 13,422 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company at a price of 74.5p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Charles Spicer has a beneficial interest in
176,755 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.2 per cent of the issued
share capital of that class.
