Free Share Dealing Facility
As set out in a circular posted to the Company's shareholders on 29 March 2007,
the Company has arranged for its brokers, Brewin Dolphin, through their
execution-only Stocktrade division to administer a free dealing facility for all
shareholders subject to a limit of 50 shares in the Company for each
shareholder. This facility was arranged for the benefit of those shareholders
who may previously have decided not to trade their shares due to the
disproportionate dealing costs involved.
The Company announces that a total of 731 orders have been received from
shareholders amounting to 15,599 ordinary shares. These shares have now been
sold with the proceeds of the sales to be paid to shareholders within 10
business days.
The Company further announces that the Board has agreed to extend this facility
to those shareholders initially unable to take advantage of the offer. The
facility will remain open until further notice with sales expected to take place
on the last Friday in each month.
Those shareholders who now wish to take advantage of this extended facility may
continue to use the application form enclosed with the circular or may call
